title The Building Department acts as local Flood Administrator and enforces town codes, New York State Uniform Fire codes, New York State building codes and issues building permits for property in the Town of Corinth.

This is also the department where Certificates of Occupancy, Certificates of Compliance, licenses for junkyards, licenses for mobile home parks and licenses for travel trailer camps are obtained.
